Hampton Inn Oklahoma City-Northwest

Hotel elevator was not working. I was given the 5th and I had crutches which made it very difficult to go up/down the stairs. Also my room security lock was broken.

Breakfast had some good options and bed was comfortable.

Elevator was broken so we had to take stairs. Also the toilet handle was broken so we had to juggle it to make the chain not stop the flap from sealing.

Complementary breakfast. Free parking.

Clogged sink, could not run water for. O more than 15 seconds before sink would start to fill, could not even clean sink. Toilet had low pressure when flushing.

They sent us to a room that had people in it. Had to go back down after being embarrassed about the situation. Pool was suppose to be open but closed the two days we were there. Billing was not correct from the start. Was charged an extra after checki

It was very cold in the lobby and it took hours for our room to warm up. The carpeting in the room was old, but freshly vacuumed.

It was close to where I needed to be

I reserved a king bed and ended up getting two full size. The tv was super small. The bed was super uncomfortable. The bathroom had rust in the bath tub

Staff was super friendly, advised us upfront that the pool was in ¿maintenance¿ and if we still wanted to stay. Walking distance from Dave and Buster¿s. Did not go to breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Room was super clean, had small fridge.

Pool was unavailable, no microwave. Also a staff member knocked on our door super early to clean the room, they thought we had already checked out.

Location

The weather stripping around door coming off as you close door, no microwave while there's covid, bathroom floor was not cleaned from hair, air conditioner very loud and no window view just the roof of a storage building, but okay for the price

Rooms are sound proof, even though the hotel was completely full, we did not hear any noises from any of the other rooms.

Nice clean room, friendly courteous staff. Management should give them a raise they are very attentive to your needs.

Location and fast elevator

If you want a hot shower don't expect one. Cold to Luke warm water. Ran it five minutes so it looks like they have the water heater turned down on low. Hot showers in the morning are a minimal expectation at most hotels, especially if its a Hilto

The location of the hotel is not too bad. The mall is very close and downtown and other attractions that we wanted to visit was no more than 10-15 minutes away. Having free breakfast was nice but the food wasn't that great.

You can hear every little conversation from our hotel door to the hallway. Light shines through the door from the hallway as well.

Location and price were very good.

The check-in process was not efficient or done correctly. We paid twice for the same rooms. The error was corrected before we checked out.

I liked that it was close to all of the things that my family had on their to do list

The pool closed at 10 pm and we were just getting back to our room. The staff probably wouldn't have said anything if I were there to watch them but didn't want to upset the staff.

The employees were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The pool and fitness area very clean, and it was a short drive to most attractions.

I had to get a soapy towel and wash interior window where headgrease spots were present, although room was very clean, there are signs showing that this is one of your older Hotels. Bedding, TV and appliances have been updated.

Because they saw empty cigarette packs in the trash and smelled smoke on work clothes that hadn't been washed was locked out of room and had to pay $250 to get our belongings. There were no cigarette butts, ashes. No odorsin curtains, bedding etc.

Location, staff was friendly and put us on the top floor so we would be not be disturbed

Nice, comfortable rooms and accommodating staff. I had a bad incident and they called an ambulance, and when I called to explain they were keeping me at hospital one night, they extended my stay as a courtesy. I was very pleased at their thoughtfulness.

Daughter left bathing suit in room & when we called later that day after checking out, no one seemed interested in looking for it. Told us to call back the next day when the housekeepers would be there. Called the next day & still nothing from them.

Loved that the breakfast was different each morning that i was there. The breakfast area is small, but there were so many options. Stayed 3 days, the room was great, a little humid but over all, i have no complaints. The pool is small, but very clean

Nothing, our stay was great. No complaints. Would recommend, and we will stay here again.
