I didn't like it at all. I didn't stay. The lobby furniture and carpet were filthy, and it smelled like a halfway-house.

See above. I had to find another hotel room at 11pm. I cant believe this had a 7.0 rating. Someone has been writing false reviews or something else is off here.

The staff was nice.

A/C didn’t work, alarms beeping in the hallway, no tv and room keys not working.

Courtney’s attitude and unwillingness to be courteous is underrated. The room she gave us was on the outside skirt of the mail building and it was hot and instead of giving us a double room like the one I booked she gave me a king room with a sofa bed.

This is definitely not a 3.5 star hotel. I travel a lot and it should be a 1-2 star at most, the rooms are well worn which makes them not look clean, on this visit I didn’t have hot water for over a day after notifying the front desk twice.

We came back from our event all of outr belongings where gone food and all tjey cleared our room out sonwe left early tje house keepers packed it up put in trash bags after taking 2 pair jean lmedicine and cash front desk said error

Mold in rooms downgraded me kept my deposit for no reason

The hotel was completely empty and clerk still made us wait until 3pm to check in?

Worst hotel in the area very nasty, stinky scent no air conditioner low life staff members and vagrant walking in and out...we never checked in and left.....paid for holiday inn express at another location...they still charged my card for the room

Nasty nasty filthy place no water in the indoor pool....nasty staff....dirty rugs at front desk....unskilled staff...horrible experience

I went to front desk to get a refund after staying 10 min, and the clerk said she'd put it in system but manager won't approve refund. So at least she was honest with me.

DIRTY. Bad smells throughout property. Toilet apparently leaked for a while, smoking smell in non smoking room, and hair on floor in bathroom.

moved to 4 different rooms because the a/c - heat did not work. In the 4th room there was NO hot water, and the hotel knew about it

Dirty, unsafe, run down, sketchy and staff was not helpful

The person at check in was new and it took a while to check in.

It was in need of updates the room was very clean it had an odor

Cleanliness and a bit out dated. Smoke detectors going off in several rooms all night. Pillows felt like tea bags

Room extremely clean, daily bathroom service. Hot breakfast ($5 charge for the same eggs and sausage offered complimentary other places).

When I arrived for check-in there were two people ahead of me. It took the clerk thirty minutes to clear those two people. First room had no bedding. Hotel is an old Holiday Inn, thin walls, maze-like layout, plumbing sounds like a NASA rocket launch.

Not a 3.5 hotel as advertised. Cigarette burns in carpet; inadequate temperature control; misleading $5 breakfast "buffet"; thin walls/windows through which one can hear even the cleaning cart rolling down the hall; outdated/stained bathroom.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff and the more reasonable rate. In Norman, OK, where I actually wanted to stay there were no accommodations affordable where I could stay. I was very grateful for the Wyndam Gardens Hotel vacancy. Rate= max. stars..

I frequently got lost finding the main front desk. That was a very small inconvenience. I had many glitches to my trip seeing my family, however my stay at the Hotel made up positively for all the prior glitches I encountered. Will use paper maps next..
