We love this quaint boutique hotel. The staff is top notch and the lobby is very welcoming. Love the view from the rooftop bar.

The rooms were nicely decorated. Reception & valet staff were very nice

The a/c made a huge bang as it came on & off throughout the night. The cafe was closed for renovations we were redirected to the bar that was unable to make an espresso coffee. One of our rooms looked as if the bathroom was badly repaired.

Initial check in was a little awkward as the receptionist seemed new to the job.A nice lady stepped in and fixed it. After that everything went downhill. This was my 20th state and the first time such an experience with the hotel.

Was charged twice for room. Still waiting on refund to reflect. Someone slipped an invoice under the door at 4 am. Super weird. Charged for mini bar. Never used it. Still waiting on refund.

It is a beautiful hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. My husband and I went to celebrate the New Year. Paid almost $--- just for the room and when we went up to the rooftop bar was told they were at capacity and wouldn't let us in. Even after 4 peop

No, I loved the hotel. However, I did get the aggregate site penalty "handicap accessible" room but that was the only downside.

We liked the modern feel with old world charm.

That parking is not included, costs $18 to park overnight plus tip for valet.

The hotel offered free shuttle service to the Chesapeake arena. We had a great meal at the Viceroy grille located inside the hotel. Room was very comfortable and contemporary. Along with the friendly staff, made this a great trip.

It was decorated in a very modern and streamlined way. The bathroom fixtures and shower was very modern and clean. It was also very close to the places we wanted to go to in Bricktown.

The parking was not free.

From check in to check out the Entire staff was phenomenal! 5 plus stars. Hotel employee front desk to Hotel employee the valet were all Great. 5 stars

The location was great. It is within walking distance of many local attractions.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! With Stella (Awesome Italian Rest.) right across the street, this is a must stay for out of town folks.

The service was wonderful and we loved the fact that there is a roof top bar and a fine dining restaurant on the first floor.

At first I thought it was a star 1 until I checked in and was very happy with the hotel. It was a great experience and my wife and I will be back!

I loved the fancy robes, access to old school tv, and everything about the bed. There were so many little details that were really nice too-like a nightlight in the bathroom, cotton swabs, etc.

I booked through a booking website and paid the full amount. Then upon arrival, the hotel's system didn't recognize that, so they charged me again. They were able to figure it out and the manager was really kind and helpful...it was just inconvenient. I'm still waiting on the refund to be in my account, and the stay was about 6 days ago (09/26-27).
