Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown/Bricktown

The location was great! It is right on the river walkway and it was easy to walk to points of interest in the BrickTown area of Oklahoma City. It was easy to get to from the highway. Their workout center is in two rooms, across the hall from each other. The decor is pleasing. They had an extensive breakfast for us. The employees were very nice.

It was noisy. We were on the 6th floor and I could hear the voices of the people talking in the parking lot, which was really weird. Also, no fault of the property, but the traffic noise was crazy loud, with guys gunning their engines until late in the evening. Although you have to pay to park, there was plenty of parking, but no security. So, throughout the night, you could hear people in the parking lot- Skateboarding, talking, playing music and dancing. Our bathroom tub had rust spots in it. They had a fairly extensive breakfast, but the waffle batter wasn't properly mixed and just tasted like flour. They set out completely brown bananas. At one point, an employee took note and removed some of the worst ones.

Location, room size, value, and cleanliness, were all perfect.

Being in Bricktown, sometimes it was a bit loud outside the hotel. But that's expected. It's Bricktown.

Nice location. Easy parking. Very nice room. Many breakfast choices. Friendly staff.

Some street noise at night. Water took minutes to warm up.

The pull out beds are EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE.

great location. view of the riverwalk canal. breakfast was enjoyable & a nice perk. view large suite for the value, & very clean.

staff made me wait during checkout while they were on the phone chatting in the back (not with a customer or customer matter). couldn't get anyone to come to my room to review the issue we had with the lamp shroud that shattered over the dinette table during our breakfast (& into our plates). maintenance went on break as he answered the call from reception. reception had me text her the photos since she did not want to walk to my room as well.
