SureStay Plus by Best Western Oklahoma City Airport

The young man, who made a very quick computer entry to get me in to this Marriott (this was after the debacle from my original reservation at Comfort Stes; Fairgrounds).

Twice there men who came knocking on my door (I did report both times when I went to the front desk area). Location is tucked away behind an industrial area behind another row of hotels which is not easily accessible.

Not being made aware that the rooms were sold out and i had to stay in a handicapped room

The staff was exceptionally nice. Everyone there that we talked to.

We wish the bar had been more stocked, the pillows could use replacing but these are not complaints, more of a suggestion. It was clean, people were very nice.

It was quiet. It was a nice & clean room that had quick easy access to the interstate. We had a balcony that we could go out and sit on. There was a coffee shop in the lobby as well.

The closet door that stores the ironing board and luggage rack had nasty gunk near the bottom of the door. Looks like someone dropped something that splatter and that was missed during clean up.

Loved the cleanliness, and proximity to things.  Hotel employee at the front desk was amazing.

Cafe and bar closed. No info for amenities in room. My complaints were met with ¿sorry¿. Charged my card 20.00 with no incidentals. Voicemail is he. Trying to fix issues never responded. Pathetic

The decor throughout this hotel is beautiful. So much better than the norm. The rooms have balconies and comfortable beds. Housekeeping is great also.

Breakfast isn't included but not everyone wants breakfast. The dryer in the laundry room doesn't work well. After informing Guest Service, they immediately put a call into maintenance.

Location by interstate was convenient yet room was quiet.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, old and worn out. There were areas where it was so worn the dips were at last 6 inches deep. TERRIBLE! I could barely understand a word the front desk clerk said. He talked so fast and with such a thick acce

Staff is friendly

Criminal drilled a hole on my truck while it's parked on the hotel parking lot. The cost is $2,500+

The beds and pillows where very comfortable. Clean room lots of space very clean and organized.

Convenience and balcony

Lost my watch in hotel- it was never returned and management doesn¿t follow up with call backs or findings.

The front desk hostess was working by herself. The hotel was over sold and the tv carrier's tower was struck by lightning which caused the signal to be lost. She remained very professional and courteous through it all.

Not really. Housekeeping should double check the trash cans to make sure they are bagged.

Access to room was easy. The staff was great!

The room was not cleaned nor did anyone check to see if towels were needed, trashed needed to be taken out, etc. We had to literally chase someone down when we needed something.

Balcony and pool

No complementary breakfast

Close to airport for an early morning flight. We checked out too early to see the morning breakfast. Met our needs for a fast, inexpensive place to stay.

Did not really get a chance to see much of the hotel. We checked in around 9pm and left at 6am.

Location was great except for how close it is to all the methhead hotel hangouts blocks away. Staff is good.

Room was not cleaned to the level it should be- spots on walls that could be wiped off so obviously were not cleaned. Carpets in hallways and room was worn, dirty and needs replacing not just a quick vacuum. Housekeeping LOUD in mornings, shouting in hall

The rooms were comfortable and it was quiet.

Front desk was a little abrupt. We asked a question regarding rates for FAA employees and he either did not know how to respond or did not understand the question. He was actually rude.

Friendly staff

No bath, no water glasses, no coffee cups, no ice bag.

Good value for the price. Location is on quiet area off I40. Older true courtyard that has been renovated.

It appears there had been storm damage. One wing did not appear to be in use.
