Friendliness and clean. Quiet also. Well lit parking lot.

Location, friendly staff, clean.

The staff went out of there way to make sure I was transported on time and safely to and from the airport and the restaurant. I have never been treated so well and I?m 61 . The entire staff was incredible!

Room war weird. Barn door on bathroom, two doors to get to fridge, small drawers for clothes.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Had a maintenance issue with first room and was quickly given a new one.

Shared spaces, elevators, were a little dirty when I arrived but had been cleaned by the next day.

Easy access to I40 and Airport. Clean, quiet, comfortable 2nd Floor room. Plenty of nearby amenities, in room K-cup coffee maker. B'fast was a added cost I didn't take advantage of but free shuttle to airport that was quick with a friendly helpful driver.

No issues.

Shuttle was available at 10pm to pick me up at the airport, without ANY advance notification.

Great hotel! The staff was helpful & friendly. Room was clean, spacious,& the bed was spectacular. I had room service 1 night of my 2 there, and food was good as well. I did notice it was so quiet on my floor, I felt like I was the only one on it.

Location and the room were perfect. Hotel is only 10 minutes from Downtown/Bricktown. Staff was very friendly and efficient and had us checked in and to our room in less than 10 minutes.

I received a very friendly greeting when I checked in at 11:00 PM. My room was cool, clean and quiet even though the hotel is less than a half mile from I-40.

We had been on the road for two weeks, arrived fairly early in the afternoon, the hotel has a lovely outdoor area which we thoroughly enjoyed. Ordered a drink, sat outside and read and completely relaxed. It was wonderful

No complimentary breakfast, but they did offer breakfast at a reasonable price

Bed was too soft and the fitted sheets did not fit and kept coming off. Pillows lumpy. Nothing special for the extra money and no complementary breakfast.

Close to highway. Clean room. Comfortable bed.

Too bad there's no free breakfast included for the high price of the room
