TownePlace Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport

The shower door would not close and leaked water all over the floor. The was a large moldy area above the shower where the unit above must have leaked and no repair made. As I was leaving the next morning, there was a roach crawling out of the sink.

When u first got here i honestly thought this place was awesome. They had features in the rooms that are very practical and stood out from other hotels ive stayed at but.....

BED BUGS! WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT. IN FACT THE "GM" STARTED AVOIDING ME AND CALLED ME A LIAR AND TOLD US TO LEAVE. WE JUST NOW FINALLY GOT RID OF THE INFESTATION WE GOT FROM HERE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LATER. BEWARE!!!!

The room was so clean, staff very pleasant every time we saw any of them they spoke. Breakfast buffet A+; will plan to stay there again, such a great location.

Great location

Room was very humid even while running the air conditioner, so it smelled musty too

Clean and newer. Easy to navigate to from the interstates.

New, l

New, clean, quiet

The suites are awesome with well-equipped kitchens. The king size studio suite with sofa bed was surprisingly spacious and very new and nice. The free breakfast is really good! All they need are some kind of potatoes and they would be set. WORTH IT!

Location was not the best, but is close to the airport. The construction currently going on off SW 15th Street and Meridian Ave. really sucks because the traffic lights do not function well. This is to no fault of the hotel though.

Clean rooms

Gross pool

Full size coffee pot!

New clean mice

Just amazing quiet friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and great customer support

Room was roomy and clean!

The room was like being at home , and that was a plus for me.

No everything was great.

Nice clean rooms, good location, good breakfast .

Pool was very cold, staff was rude when called to ask if pool was open . We also suspected we may have left luggage in our room and when we contacted hotel to confirm they told us to call back the next day. .

Bedding was clean

The room was disgusting. There were fingerprints on the wall. Soda spilled on the back wall by the bed , stains on the ceiling the curtain was filthy and the hair conditioner was empty in the shower dispenser, stains on the basket in the closet. Room needed a serious deep cleaning and refurbishing. The parking lot smelled like marajuana.

The hotel is off of I-40 enough that you don't hear traffic.

Our first suite had blood on the couch in several places. The second suite had issues with the drains draining in the shower and sink. The second bedrooms's bedding was stained and the mattress cover was shredded. No remote to the TV in the first bedroom and the nightstand drawers would not stay shut in either room.

Location very close to the bike paths. Room was big and clean. No funky smells. Bedding was white and spotless. Bed itself was firm but comfortable. Bathroom clean and shower area was very clean. I like that the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was in pump bottles and mounted on the wall.

Breakfast was passable. I don't like the sausage patties but I do like the bacon and scrambled eggs. The pastries were packaged. I much prefer cinnamon rolls baked from the oven. Coffee was very good and 24 hours too!!

The bed was comfortable

There was no water and no one notified me. We could not shower or brush our teeth. The front desk girl the day of checkout was so confused and took a while to check us in. The lady at the desk for the no running water was acting like it was no concern. There was hair all in the tub when we got there. It has so much noise early in the morning. It wasn't the best stay for sure. I was very upset.
