    Pros +

    • The Starbucks in house.
    • The staff was friendly.
    • Hotel was very clean! The rooms were very nice and comfortable, I will be staying here anytime I return to OKC.

    Cons -

    • Parking was terrible it cost me an extra 100 bucks for a 2 day stay. Room service food was nasty. The deluxe room was small. Online it said it had a bath but didn't. Also found a dirty sock in the room. I was so disappointed. The bed hurt me really bad.
    • I have a couple problems. First when booking online it said it had a bathtub. The room was very small for a deluxe. It also said it would have robbed, and it didn't. The bed was so uncomfortable I didn't get much rest. Room service was nasty.
    • Tv atenna, satellite, dish did not work could not watch local channels to unwind at the end of the day.

It has several restaurants near by the hotel

It was walking distance to several restaurants and activities.

Lack of non-valet parking available. The bathroom door was installed incorrectly, where you couldn't reach the handle with the door closed and had to push the end of the door to open it instead.

Location was perfect walking distance to everything in bricktown. We used valet services and didn't need to bother with the car until checkout.

    Beautiful space, wonder valet team!

The ambiance and the downtown location.

The hotel was great nothing negative to say.

Right in the middle of brick town.

Parking was horrible, you either had to valet or park across the street which was $50 a night. The rooms are clean but the beds were not comfortable. And being that it was right at brick town you could hear everything that was happening even in the 10th floor which I was on.

Very clean hotel, comfortable room, great location

Staff wasn’t rude but also weren’t friendly. Parking was too expensive.

Centrally located it’s a beautiful building with excellent staff

    I wish I could’ve stayed longer

I loved the location and Starbucks.

Door frame was completely detached. Room 931. Toilet was off balanced, would clank on tile when sitting down. Breakfast was with the restaurant inside but we're limited to what we could get.

The hotel staff were amazing, the Stabucks was wonderful, and the proximity to everything in Bricktown was the best.

WE DIDNT STAY. We forfeited the money and went elsewhere.

NO PARKING AVAILABLE. Public parking lot they told us to use nearby had so much broken glass on the ground from break- ins. The lot was $90 per day.Valet service also used non secured public parking. We never even checked in, forfeited the charge and booked elsewhere with secure parking on property.TERRIBLE LOCATION AND SERVICE.
