Extended Stay America Select Suites - Oklahoma City - West

Ok so very clean and although a long-term place with people who might be there long term, felt safe and plenty of security.

Just this, highway Noise! I mean alot of it.

I did not like how there is no housekeeping for the guests. There is no breakfast provided. The smell is bad from the animals.

Clean room and staff

Staff was nice. Very pleasant.

Location. Only 5 mins from downtown or Walmart.Room is spacy.

Laundry price is crazy: almost $10 per cleaning/drying, while industrial reference is about $5 only.

Nothing just the room

The staff the poop on the side walk the dirty areas ,Shane and his crew is trashy and judgemental and they put me out when I had kids for no reason

Clean and safe

The beds were not comfortable at all I’m 245 lbs male and I felt like every time I moved the bed was going to break . And I had trouble sleeping every night

It had 2 of the staff that was very nice

They only clean your room every two weeks an you could not get towels every day if you needed them you would have to pay for them who sleep on the same sheets for two weeks

Nice room, nice staffs, asked if we need anything during the stay.

Tv wasn’t working in the room, got help with the tv working.

Close to the fairgrounds. Felt safe and was kept up nice. Everything was in good working order. Staff was great

We were displaced from our home due to a tornado, and as a result, I rented a room for 2 nights. It was late when I arrived and I had to call the attendant which took several mins! When he did come, it was obvious that I woke him up , and he was very irritated and very rude. I had to wait for my husband to come with the only card we had because everything was lost it the storm .he told me he couldn't stand there and wait all night and to call again when he arrived ! 30 mins later, we tired to call 3 different times and no one ever came . We were never ableTo check in so we did not stay either night! This was one of the worst experiences I have had I a very long time

Staff was never around when you needed them. Laundry room was always broken. Prices are ridiculous! Fees for EVERYTHING! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! Even with ESA paperwork, still wanted to charge ridiculous fees for animals!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that there was only one entrance for security. I really liked that there was no carpet in the hotel; it made it feel very clean.

I did not like that only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth were provided for a two weeks' stay, without a fee. While I understand limiting items, to limit so drastically seemed ridiculous. I knew that there would not be breakfast, but was disappointed that there was no coffee available.
