    Pros +

    • The artwork and scenery of the inside is pretty awesome.
    • The room was absolutely stunning. Customer service was top-notch.
    • The property itself is impressive, clean, and historical.

    Cons -

    • The rooms feel very small and cramped. Not much natural sunlight and the view is pretty bad.
    • The meal at Tellers was a huge disappointment. The serving was embarrassingly small for an enormous price. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend.
    • There was no free breakfast for the price you pay for accommodations. No free garage parking for guests. Room set up was incomplete. I had to ask for slippers and toothbrush set. The body wash in the shower was empty and the socket for to hair dryer in bathroom was not working...had to plug the hair dryer at the bedroom socket. They have an in-house steak house. The steak was great but resto host did not greet us when we entered ..had to wait 5mins before someone went to host stand. If you pay $100 per person for dinner guests should be treated well as soon as they enter the resto. They didn't smile too.

We liked the rooms as well as restaurant under the hotel. Amazing

The entrance of the hotel and lobby athmospere was quiet dark due to its style but old historuc building. The rooms are looking to otopark kind of rather not nice view.

It was very beautiful. The Vault bar was great.

While beautiful, it was’t clear anyone had stayed had actually stayed there overnight. The welcome light was great but could not be switched off, it had to be unplugged. The motion activated lights in the bathroom were beautiful but had to be unpluged to keep from waking someone sleeping while the other went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. For seniors, there were no handrails in shower or bathroom anywhere, the bathroom door was stiff and required a body motion hard on the back. It was over A/Ced in the OK summer-even with the AC off and the heat supposedly on it would not go above 73. We had to switch rooms once because we couldn’t open the shower door. 20 and 30 somethings could but we couldn’t.

The room, facilities, staff and on location restaurants were excellent.

The only thing I suppose I didn't like was the view of the parking structure from our bedroom windows

A Truly Unforgettable Anniversary ExperienceThis past Saturday evening, my wife and I celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place than The National Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The valet who greeted us at our truck was incredibly polite and friendly, setting the tone for what would be a perfect evening. At check-in, the receptionist warmly congratulated us on our anniversary, and when we arrived at our room, we were delighted to find it beautifully prepared. A thoughtful handwritten note and a complimentary plate of chocolate-covered strawberries were waiting for us—a truly sweet and personal touch.Later that evening, we had dinner at Stock & Bond, conveniently located in the same building. From the moment we walked in, we were again congratulated by both the hostess and our wonderful waitress, Brooklyn. The ambiance was romantic and elegant—just what we were hoping for. The food was phenomenal, the drinks were top-notch, and Brooklyn made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. To top off the evening, just before we left, we were surprised with a complimentary anniversary cake. A manager came over to personally congratulate us and let us know it was a gift from the house. It was such a generous and memorable gesture.Brooklyn’s service was outstanding, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. My wife and I have decided to make this a yearly tradition, and we’re already looking forward to returning and trying more of the hotel’s restaurants. All in all, this was the best hotel and restaurant experience we’ve ever had. The service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality were truly world-class. Thank you to everyone at The National Hotel and Stock & Bond for making our 33rd anniversary unforgettable.

We did have time for breakfast. The server was from Edmond and had a great personality. I can't recall her name not but maybe Sarah. She was very responsive, and the food was awesome.

Wonderful staff - arrived late at night, and front desk and valet were so welcoming helpful and even brought treats up to the room for our dog. Beautiful hotel with lovely main hall/restaurant in historic former bank.

This is by far my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. If you are a history and/or architecture buff, plan a stay!!!!The rooms are comfortable. The underground access to walk on a rainy day was a pleasant surprise. The shops were fun to look in. And of course the Vault bar was such a special place!

    Loved it.
