Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good location. Great parking.
The hotel did not have hot water on the second day of our stay.

Staff was fine. Good location for us.
We got woken up a little while after going to bed. We were getting bit - what we thought were mosquitoes - even though we were on the 2nd floor. We covered up head to toe and tried to suffer thru it. We spent a miserable nite and ended up getting up early to shower and check out. We did share this with the lady at the desk, who said she would have discounted our rooms, but couldn't do anything since we went thru Booking.com. We were in room #217. We drove to my daughter's house and had her take a look - she's a nurse and the itching wasn't going away and the bites were getting redder and felt a little warm. She said they were bed bugs! Needless to say, this has been a horrific experience. We ended up returning home immediately and washing everything we had with us and getting medicine that I hope will help, but its been 2 days and we are miserable!

Location was great. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast smelled amazing. I didn't have time to eat but did see they had real food. Eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, all the basics.

Great location, clean room/bed, pretty quiet, and decent breakfast provided in the morning. We stay here every time we visit family in OKC and it hasn’t disappointed. The front desk staff this visit was great!
Only complaint is that the bathroom walls around the toilet were not properly cleaned.

Staff was fabulous, and patient with me and the lack of entry key accessibility I can keep up with. The Breakfast was fabulous!! Please tip the wonderful staff. There isn't a pool but there is a gym. The rooms are quiet and clean, slept well.
