The rooms were nice

The staff was rude and not helpful at all. We had a problem with the booking and the lady at the front desk was no help at all. Super rude and not helpful, we had to wait in the lobby over an hour for our room.

It was clean and well lit, the staff was friendly

Website says they have a hot tub. This was the reason for booking this hotel. They do not have one. Front desk guy says they haven't for years. Said they've asked for it to be taken off the website but they won't do it. That's false advertisement!!

Hotel employee & all the staff were great! Made ro feel right at home. Nice continental breakfast. Very clean & well maintained facility.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Queen, a great communicator that was pleasant and professional. My daughter's wallet was left in the room and returned with everything in it. She was a blessing and deserved a raise. Thanks again!!

I wasn't eligible for their military discount, it only applies to the active military that are currently on orders. I served for over 20 years and I toured overseas 1990 & 2003, and I'm not eligible for a military discount.

The staff that I encountered was very nice

The carpets in the elevator were stained and had an odor. the carpet in the hall had a few stains and you could see where it had been cut and repaired. The breakfast area was not well kept nor stocked.

The hotel staff was friendly, & helpful. Room was clean, breakfast area was clean, & nice hot breakfast.

The door locked me out and took staff over half an out to let me back to into my room.

The location was central to the people and places I was in town to visit. That worked out great!

A (white) lady in daisy dukes loitered around the front desk each night. The desk clerk on duty at night had a way too casual door-rag, hold chain and sport jersey attire, it gave the location to a pay-per-hour motel feel. Loud music all day Saturday.

Nice and clean

Guests in room right next to us allowing their children to kick a soccer ball up and down the hallway and scream and holler and slam the door 500 times. Called the front desk three times

Clean, staff was friendly and it was close to several restaurant options.

Nothing police was called constantly, loud fighting, kids yelling, couldn’t sleep. Negative crowd live here daily I guess, worried about getting robbed 24/7. Loud cursing adults physically fighting police running down halls to keep it safe. Loud music.

Delinquents reside here, negative people hang out and around hotel, fights yelling arresting people couldn’t sleep, worried about getting robbed. It was a waste of my money and a freaking shame you allow it to be managed like that. No ice my floor

Excellent price and location

The WIFI did not work well. It would frequently cut out in addition to being slow. I often had to use my phone as a hotspot to connect my laptop to the internet.

The cleanliness and staff were great.

The toilet in the bathroom wiggled. The water pressure in the shower was not very good.
