Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport

The only thing good about the breakfast was that the waffles we made were good. No fresh juices. Had juice boxes. The location was good as far as being close to good food places and shopping.

One mean staffer who was the first person we met was rude and un professional. Wish I had gotten her name. Told her I paid and didn't want to be charged twice. My data was glitchy so I asked for the wifi but she wouldn't give it to me. I wanted to show her my receipts. When I got to it to show her she called me a lie said I had too many numbers in the confirmation.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay

It’s very worn! Screen on the window had lots of holes, window was covered with plastic wrap, looks like major water leak above window and also water leak in shower. Worst of all the A/C did not cool the room at all.

The room was decently clean. The beds were comfortable.

The front desk staff was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Terrible representation for how I would assume you want to be remembered. During a shower the shampoo bottle literally fell off the wall with the screw still attached, leaving a huge hole in the wall. The shower curtain rod was falling so the curtain would not close leaving water all over the bathroom floor.

The location was perfect for what we came for. The room was clean. Nice smoking section outside.

We did not like the fact we seen a photo and were told our bathroom would have a stand up shower and jet tub. Once we arrived and checked in the front desk told us they didn't have any rooms like that. Booking.com FALSLY advertised that! That was the main factor we chose this hotel. Super disappointed.

Location was excellent. Close to the airport and dining spots. I especially liked the view of the river. The suite was nice.

I would've rated higher if the room had a coffeemaker. I'm so used to that I haven't ever checked for it in the amenities. I would also like to see breakfast hours longer than 6-9am.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the airport and the 40 hwy made it easily accessible. Felt like a safe area compared to some other hotels on Meridian Ave. Have a small office area to use with a computer. Scanner, and printer. Also offer complimentary cookies (just in the evenings) and lemonade.

The breakfast (most of which was pretty good) but the eggs were terrible. Probably the worst eggs I've had. That being said, that is the only complaint I have, so that's not bad at all.
