Clean well maintained

Very rough area there was some kind of a fan running that didn’t shut off all night

What i like best was the staff was nice. Hotel employee was very helpful plesant and always smiling when approaching her. Thank you!

I did not like how my door to my room didn't lock unless slamming the door 100 times and my front room TV didn't work. I allowed maintenance to know and the front. Maintenance told me he would come NEVER followed thru he sucks. Atfer a 1 month stay I did

The guy at check in. I even remembered I had stayed there a couple years before with my grandson. He remembered both of us being there. Very polite

Everything was excellent

The staff was friendly, and I was surprised at how big and nice the room was. I didn't expect so sees 2 burner stove, microwave, larger refrigerator, not typical hotel size. Plus a shower instead of a tub.

my only complaint was there was no guide for the t.v. channels. So you had to do lots of channel surfing.

This reservation I had problem no dead bolt on door they would not fix it Alot of people stay here for half or one quarter of what I pay.When go to another place these kind of people follow you and get violent .I don't think it's the management

Very clean. Comfortable bed, very nice room and bathroom. Very affordable! Freezing cold AC.

Location is not the best. A lot of homeless people around all day and night. Another couple had their vehicles car window broken overnight.

Location, location, location. Beautiful hotel but, there were several people hanging around outside of the hotel (day and night) that made me feel a little uncomfortable.

TV DID NOT WORK! Front desk could not move me do to occupancy and said she would compensate me for the inconvenience. But when I called she REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. EVEN IF OTS A COMFORTABLE PROPERTY I BELIEVE IN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not sure what happened but there was a breaking of some kind and I got hurt 1 night so I had to Leave suddenly after 3 pleasant weeks there. For some reason the women who cleaned the floors and some rooms started using cleaning solutions that burn airway

Friendly helpful staff. Kind. Great hot breakfast ,something different each day,very good,with reservation.Nice coffee/ tea 24hrs. Excellent staff . Very affordable and comfortable. Surprised to find a very nice kitchenette in each room. 5 stars out

When we first got in our room realized the toilet seat wasn¿t attached to toilet and nobody noticed when they were cleaning it I¿m guessing. Then I asked to change she rooms and they gladly did. The next room we had the toilet paper holder was broken.

It is a newer motel.

The hallway carpets are filthy. They need to be shampooed .The light in our bathroom did not work. Light bulb in the entryway was burnt out. The parking is horrible. We had to park around back in the construction area. Traffic noise from highway.

Clean rooms, comfy beds. Really liked the larger apartment-sized fridge. Elevator was very responsive. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

I went to every ice machine on all the floors and not one of them worked. They each had a different error code on them and the front-desk person said they were being "worked on".
