Hampton Inn and Suites Oklahoma City/Quail Springs

The maintnance guy was great, most of the staff were really good too!

There seem to be a couple of people living there that seemed a liitle off and the south outer doors did not lock, looked like it needed a new locking mechanism.

Courteous staff. Very clean. Great breakfast.

Good coffee and comfortable bed.

The Hampton Inn IT was having issues, which I realize isn?t the fault of anyone working at this hotel. The trash in cans at elevators on each floor should be emptied daily. Check vents in bathrooms also mine was rusty

Everything. There was nothing wrong with our stay.

A minor thing...They could use more carts to get our luggage to and from the room. There seemed to only be 2 carts for use there and with all the people using the motel, 2 is not enough. By the time we went for breakfast, there was 'very little' to eat.

The check in person was essentially disengaged. Seemed to have a difficult time getting us checked in. Must have taken close to 10 minutes.

Easy access to/from the Interstate. Very quiet, no noise from adjoining rooms. Good selection for breakfast.

So nice an updated and rooms were very cold while sleeping. Was able to set AC Temps down in the 60¿s and that means everything to us Texas peeps!

The location is great. It's close to great restaurants and easy access to the Kilpatrick Turnpike and Hefner Parkway.

There were minor maintenance issues that could/should easily be repaired. A chrome door handle insert for the bathroom/closet door needed to be reattached. Front desk staff tended to stay in the back office so you had to get their attention for help.

Only complaint I have was loud drunk young ladies in hallway at 2:00 in the morning. They did disperse when they realized I was headed to front desk.

Front desk staff in morning seemed less then enthusiastic to have a job let alone help the customers.

Beautiful new hotel with great decor, clean, and great staff!

The staff was very friendly from the maids to the front desk rep. Very pleasant and accommodating to us. We stayed overnight due to my sons surgery. The young man at the front desk was super nice to accommodate some special requests for us.
