It was a nice hotel. The only one that was friendly was the girl that work the evening

The over nite guy was having a bad day and it showed he was very short and snappy

Comfortable, clean and very friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Professional and courteous staff. Great breakfast and well located. Recommendations of staff for local eateries and venues was spot on and greatly appreciated.

The bed was very comfortable and roomy. However the wall unit in my room did not seem to work very well. It was not cooling off

The wall unit in my room did not seem to work very well it was not cooling off in the room. It also was a door in 9ons of the rooms. So heard noise from the dog as well

The room was mostly clean and had a weird smell. The bathroom was not very clean, and the tub was grimey like it hadn't been washed in a long time.the main lobby area was clean but smelled bad. The pool and hot tub were merky, and there was mold everywhere. The elevator smelled like cigarettes, beer, and urine. The air conditioner in the room also did not work. Would kick on for a few seconds, then shut off.

Breakfast was good, had a good selection for a continental breakfast. Area was kept clean & supplied.Location was within good distance of most downtown locations or attractions and an easy commute to them. Did not necessarily have to get on the interstate highways to get to them.We stayed during the week, and it was very quiet, good location to stay.

Was a little uneasy about a musty smell and the color of the water in the pool & spa. Wasn't sure if it was the water or the concrete surface causing the smell & discoloration. The activation button for the spa had a 5 min & a 10 min button but the 10 min one did not work. After the uneasiness and not so sure about the cleanliness of the water & only 5 mins of spa time, I decided to leave, but was really looking forward to a more relaxing time in the spa. Vending machines were in need of more selections or needed to be filled, I am not sure which, and I guess it has been a while since I bought from a vending machine, I thought the prices even for the convivence were extremely high. Bring your own snacks or food.

Location was great, the beds and rooms were comfortable .

Our door lock would not work. The manager had to have maintenance come and make repairs. She stated that the hotel was fully booked and even though the room next to us was open, she refused to let us change because ¿ she would have to clean our room¿.

the bed was super comfortable and location of this hotel is excellent.
