- Staff was friendly and helpful, but seemed to be short-staffed.

- The coffee.
- Delay on Breakfast items, were out twice. Marijuana use on our floor; could smell when got off elevators. Halls were hot and humid. Our toilet was stopped up.
- Whoever painted the bathroom was not very professional, splatters and leftover blue tape.
