Comfort Inn & Suites Oklahoma City West - I-40

I’m super picky and it was very clean! The staff were all super helpful and friendly !

I thought there were some cosmetic issues that could have been fixed. A nice size place on the wall needs painting. The standing lamp was also missing the lamp shade. The carpet in the hallway needs to be cleaned. That is really it!

The fluffy pillows

The pool was closed. The fitness room was too hot. Most of the channels were unavailable to watch.

Staff

How can it be called comfort suites airport when there is a comfort suites closer to the airport than this one???. I showed up to the comfort suites on meridian as that one is closer to airport!!! Only in america?

Spacious, clean room and friendly, helpful staff.

The neighborhood around the hotel seemed a little seedy.

security, person opened room door @ 1am with master key.

Price at first was reasonable until arrival.

The room was not clean. There was hair in the bath tub and on the bed. A personal towel was left and some bread. I'm not sure the room was even cleaned. Maybe the beds just made.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was very nice for the star level.

The location wasn¿t the best.

Everything looked good until we went to sleep. Then something started biting us at night. I even took pictures.

Easy access to highway and shopping. Friendly staff, comfortable beds.

The no pet policy.! As I have Allergic reactions to Pets. (Asthma) Love the fresh baked cookies of a evening.

Our air conditioner leaked and got the floor wet.!

Everything was exactly what we wanted. We actually stayed an extra night. On Wednesday they had a taco bar which I wish we would have gone to instead of the overpriced Mexican restaurant. The pool, although small, was clean and a nice temperature.

Room was clean and quiet, air conditioner worked well, staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had a nice selection although a little crowded. Overall a great stay!

I loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

The room was roomy.hotel had a pool and WiFi and free breakfast.the staff was nice.

Living room tv didn't work.shower pressure sucked.radio snooze button didn't work.NO HOT TUB!not worth the money we spent for the room we have had better rooms for less money.and it is not a 4 1/2 star room.we will not be back!

The hotel was just off I-40 in OKC. Easy to get to and close to food vendors. Very quiet. Very Clean.

Proximity to local activities.

Bed could improve. Is a little stiff. Curtains don’t close
