I would never stay here again. The only thing I would say was good is that there was a security patrolling the parking lot all night.

UNSAFE, transients everywhere, non guests ?regulars? allowed to watch tv in the lobby. DIRTY, floors under bed, under desk, behind toilet, in between night stand not cleaned had built up gunk. Man asking for atm with woman waiting to get paid in lobby.

It wasn?t clean , there was blood on our covers, it smelled like straight dog

The bed was amazing and the location.

Air conditioning did not work and the maintenance guy had to try to repair at 10pm. Was there quite a while. Took 3 units to find one that worked.

Everything was good.

Ceiling in room was peeling off,no milk available for cereal, also no salt for meal. Worst part was....no gravy for the biscuits.

The staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

We stayed on the 6th floor. As soon as we got off the elevator there was a horrible smell. The smell was so bad it actually carried in to our room.

The room layout was really good. We loved having an additional restroom. The room was quiet and we didn't hear too much noise from other patrons. The house keeping ladies were very nice.

The carpets and floors were filthy. Our socks were black after walking around the room. A table and a comfortable chair would have been nice.

Looks very nice on the outside. Free internet was great. Front desk was nice but didn't explain much

The room was dirty! Floors hadn't been vacuumed and there was pee left on toilet seat. I couldn't let my one year old off the bed because I didn't want her crawling on the filthy floor

The smoke alarm went off before 8am on Saturday morning. We were scared and went to call the front desk and the room phone didn¿t work! By the time I got a cell phone and called the desk the alarm was off. We did not feel safe and left immediately.

The location made it so everywhere I needed to go or wanted to go was just a short trip down the way.

The elevator had a lot of trash on in the night I arrived but it was picked up next morning when I left so other than some getting dragged down the hall and into my room it was okay.

The room was good, but the air conditioner sounds during the night

The people at the front desk need to be instructed in how to deal with costumers. Bad presentation, they were like with the worst clothes for work.. bad first impression.. the swimming pool is one of the dirtiest pools I've ever seen. Needs attention

The clean room and the shower.

I didn't like the fact that I paid full price for a hotel that was supposed to have a hot breakfast but all they was small store bought muffins. If they don't have hot breakfast then the prices of the rooms should be lowered.

The air conditioning to say the least. If I were able to put all ZERO’S on the survey I absolutely would!

We have stayed at this property many times. It’s unfortunate that each time we have entered we have to wait for a front desk agent to come out from hiding. Please know, it’s always nice to see a smiling face when entering a hotel or any place of busin

Price for pets. We stayed 3 nights and this helped a lot.

WiFi was weak. We had to resort to our cellphone hotspot to download some things. Breakfast was a but disappointing. We understand the Covid thing, but no creamer for coffee, or jelly for bagels?

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, good location. Would recommend to others. Room was very spacious.

Attempted charge for pet.Plumbing in bathroom sink has been a problem since opening. Noise from thermostat very irritating. Ceiling looked like there was a leak-and might fall down. The decorating gave a very un-warm feeling, depressing

Convenient location

The room smelled of mold. The bathroom had no vent/fan.

It's a brand new hotel-- our room was far larger than anticipated -- and nicely appointed.

Cleanliness not up to par. When we checked in there was a trail of dirt/mud from the front desk to the elevators. And a pile of dirt next to the elevator. It was still there when we checked out the next day. The room itself was clean.

when we checked out, the girl was asleep in back room. had to go back and wake her up where I could check out.
