Budget Great Location Great Staff

Room had stains on walls of old food and doodoo butter

Nothing really. I paid $--- for an excellent hotel in down town Tokyo Japan, This was like chalk in the chalk and cheese!

Looked very run down compared with the ad pics. Room not that clean. No breakfast of any kind, Swimming pool???? When I was waiting at the counter at least 3 people with serious complaints. Not a good sign. Wouldn't stay again.

Nothing, rundown. Door sticks where you have to work to get into it the room.

Rundown, bathroom floor had standing water, where it had not been cleaned since last guest. Front desk clerk had to be reached by phone to come check us in. At 5pm.

Room was very dated. Several holes in the ceiling. Beds are like sleeping on a rock. The couch was comfortable. AC was very noisy and took forever to cool the room.

Several of the plug ins were loose or didnt work. Mold. Air conditioner didnt work well. Call late on first night and was told they would fix the next day or move me. Second night it was a little cooler but not as cold as I would have liked.

The air conditioner didn't work your fridge didn't work the sink was dirty shower was dirty and leaky toilet was dirty sheets weren't clean and give them a $60 deposit for them to just not give it back

Very old hotel. Did not use tub or jacuzzi tub in the room we had.. The jacuzzi tub bottom was peeling. There was water on the lobby floor when we checked out from a over night rain.

Every staff member was very congenial, even the maid was friendly. Plenty of parking. Good location.

Broken shower handle. Room smelled like smoke bc a/c brings in the smoke from people smoking outside throughout the day/night. Very dark, dank room w/strange, thickly plastered ceiling. Updated bathroom with old, hard to close door.

Nothing didn't get to stay will never go back or use yall again

I will never use yall or this hotel ever again I have used both you and hotel for along time I couldn't believe when the hotel didn't let me stay and then when yall would not return my money I've never once asked for a refund in all these years with yall

Nothing about the hotel was good. They didn't even clean the room. What I saw after checking in the room was disgusting. When I asked for a refund, my request was turned down. I don't know how to upload the pictures of what I saw

It was pretty quiet and the location was very convenient.

The owners wife is rude. Not professional at all.

Nothing at all . Service was terrible. Owners wife was very rude and unprofessional. Even had a charge for over 200 dollars after already paying for stay . Called to refund for the charge and they had no answer as to why I was being charge.

My room was cleaned every day, i loved returning to my room and it smelled clean!! The housekeeper is definitely worth her weight inn gold. I loved that i did not have to ask for towels or extra supplies, she made sure she asked me if i needed anything.

I was on the 2nd floor and im handicapped, so the stairs killed my knees. They were remodeling and upgrading the downstairs rooms which i totally understand.

She couldn't find my reservation, no coffee maker, had to change rooms 2 times, AC broke, TV was rigged, The free breakfast they advertise with Eggs, sausages and eggs was nothing more than a gallon of milk and cereal.

The Hotel was under renovation, they shouldn't have been renting to people, the person in the afternoon was rude as hell, I couldn't even find the ice machine, but I didn't have an ice bucket anyway.

Wrong room, bed bugs, noise suppose to have room on first floor had to carry bags upstairs to room apart from motel was suppose to be in room 107 they put me in room 222

Yes honestly that hotel is a cash cow cause some much improvement is needed that everything looked ghetto to the price I paid, description on room online was totally incorrect I had already paid and will not be staying their again,staffed helped every way

The hotel room was very dirty. My daughter found a dirty sock and half of an Easter egg under the sham on the bed. The floor had not been vacuumed. . The bench was stained and smelled really bad. The pictures on the website were no where near how our room

The staff was friendly

The rooms looked like they hadn¿t been cleaned the beds were hard the ceiling looked like it was starting to crack not worth the money at all
