Quality Inn - Norman near University

The location

Yes the fridge was broke had to switch rooms, then the new room air conditioner wasn’t working properly in 98 degree weather! The management didn’t even care that there wasn’t anymore forks at 7:00am for breakfast. Needs new management!!

Hot breakfast, location

A little older but nice

Very nice and courteous staf. Great breakfast and nice rooms.

Room was filthy, entire hotel is dirty. Smoke detector in room was disabled. Wall mounted thermostat was nonfunctional. Staff was hostile, I had to check out early due to my trip ending early, but desk staff acted like it was some kind of personal affront

Accommodations and price

Rooms were clean, but could have used a deep cleaning. Hotel was doing some remodeling so things (ice machine) had been moved around. It would have been nice if there had been ice and vending machines. on each floor

It was pet friendly

I noted on reservation, I had two small puppies. They wanted to charge me $200.

Nothing!!

Staff treated us horrible, no towels or extra sheets/pillows for the pull out couch, hotel pool was nasty, roachs. We had booked double rooms and were given one bed in each room. They wanted to argue that I had in fact not booked double rooms. Very rude!!

Location was close to the event we went to.

Comforters had stains. They should wash them at least once a month.

the complimentary breakfast was only a snack bag. There was an odor in the hallway and room, they tried to cover the smell with an excess of air freshener but it made it worse.

It was close to the mall and Mcdonalds.

My room had ants in it my sister's toilet was so loose she almost fell off it when she leaned over a little. Both of us had to switch rooms. The pool, 2hich is what we chose this place was so cold we couldn't use it.

Hot water and free wifi

Half the lights didn't workand the chaise lounge was so stained up. They switched me rooms, but is was the same. Also, the Hotel charged me, too. So now I get to wait for a refund.

One of the staff was very nice. When we had an issue with temperatures or the shower water we were moved immediately

It felt a little creepy, not many guest.

The room A/C blew cold.

Was promised breakfast and it wasn¿t provided unless you asked. Then only received a brown bag lunch.. the place had a musty smell to it as well. The beds were not comfortable at all.

The bathroom could've looked nicer. Otherwise it was clean and everything was fine!

The sheets seemed to have been washed recently. It is an 8 minute drive from OU campus.

The room was dirty and there was hair in the sink and tub. There was no housekeeping during our multi-night stay. No breakfast was available. The staff seemed rushed and dismissive.

Breakfast was a brown bag. Not quiet what we expected since COVID is no longer an excuse.

The rooms were nice

They advertise a heated pool. Pool wasn't working. It was closed. Also advertise a hot continental breakfast. Breakfast was a bag with a banana, 2 grain breakfast bars and apple juice. Most hotels are now serving food but they aren't. I disappointed

It was clean, quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The door we were directed to enter through with our luggage was not unlocked, so we had a lengthy walk around the building to enter.
