Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Good choices for breakfast. Friendly staff.

spacious feeling

Smoke smell or musty odor in room, reported but they did not spray. Shower head is terrible, needs to be replaced or descaled. Shower grab rail is in a bad location and interferes with moving. Constantly hitting hit.

My key card didn't work I. The pool door and I couldn't find anyone at the desk.

In the coffee maker in the room, the coffee filter holder did not fit correctly. This resulted in coffee spilling out onto the counter.

I?d say the best thing about this hotel was there was plenty of parking.

You might as well just sleep on the floor. I?ve never in my life had a more uncomfortable hard mattress than at this location. There was never any hot water in our room, no matter how long we let the shower run it never got hot

We found sucker sticks and Popsicle sticks on the floor of the room we said in and the first room heat was broken then they had drilling really loud to get in someone's room

Super friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, blackout curtains in room.

Not much--parking can be tight later in the day and an elevator button was broken.So really nothing

Very clean, nice breakfast buffet and all the staff was very pleasant and helful.

Parking was a little difficult. There were lots of big trucks/trucks with trailers taking up multiple spaces for each vehicle. Also, we arrived at 3:30 am after a difficult drive and the hotel had cancelled my reservation which was unfortunate.

The lady that took care of the breakfast had some what of an attitude. Other than that everything was great.

In all honesty, this was the BEST Hotel we ever stayed at!!! It was beautiful, very clean, FANTASTIC STAFF, the clean pool, great hot breakfast, location. There is nothing to say negative about this Hotel & I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

We were woken up by a barking dog in the hallway.

First day breakfast better than second day. Good scrambled eggs first day; rubber omelets second day. Good waffles.

Noise in walls; probably constantly running vent fan in next door bathroom.

The front desk individuals were not helpful at ALL!! My address was wrong and I told her and she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulder never offered to correct it. When I checked out I inquired about my points and the gentleman said oh I already h

I stay at this Hotel at least once a year and have never been disappointed. I have horrible back issues and they have great beds, the rooms are clean, and the staff is wonderful. I have nothing negative to say about any of my stays.

The rooms were exceptional. Very clean and new.

Upon arrival, gentlemen at the desk could have been more friendly and helpful. My wife needed a lower floor room, didn¿t try to help us. He was right, hotels are just putting warm bodies at front desks, nobody wants to work.
