- Bed not clean
- Floors were dirty, looked like the swept the dirt behind the bathroom door. Floors needed mopping. TV didn't work when we got there, I called the office, and after 1 1/2 hours someone finally showed up. Took him almost an hour to figure out how to fix
- Upon arrival, there was dead flies on the bed And many flies in the room when you open the fridge flies flew out. Was not there for an hour asked the lady at the reception for my money back and Was told I?d have it then got told today I will not it back
