Best Western Locust Grove Inn & Suites

It said there were coffee makers in their rooms but there are not. It was disappointing because I expected it. I really don't want to go to the lobby to get my coffee. I would like it available in the privacy of my room.

See above comment. The housekeeper and I had to kick the door pretty hard to get into my room. The people at the front desk acted like this was normal. Should have offered me a different room but they did not.

Moldy pizza in fridge, unvacuumed carpets, greasy bathroom floor, stains on bedspreads, stairwells smelling like beer, overflowing trash cans, etc.

Getting the TV to work with 2 remotes. Never did get to watch TV.

Location, good breakfast, very nice people. They had a Golden Retriever that was so friendly. If you don't like dogs you probably won't like it, but it was as friendly as can be. We enjoyed petting it.

They were short handed in the ladies cleaning the rooms, so we had to ask for coffee and towels and didn't get the room made up but it was not a big deal. We got a good deal on the room as we booked online.

When I checked in at 3, saw stain on duvet. Told front desk and they changed it as I asked before I returned from a wedding at 10. The carpet was extremely stained to the point I always wore shoes. The tile floor in the bathroom seemed clean.

Fairly new and very nice room and motel.

The morning breakfast had no one looking after the food. orange Juice ran out and so did the coffee and was not refilled when we were there.

Quiet. Nice rooms. Good breakfast.

Television controls were too complicated.

Employees, noise, quality of room, difficulties (we had 3 different rooms for a 2 night stay)

Family oriented. Great 4th of July celebration. Creeks are nearby. And my nephew is the local police officer. We chose Locust for those reasons. The hotel staff was very nice.

Beds were extremely firm Pillows were not at all Breakfast was barely warm They were under a water boil order in the county so we had to drive 21 miles for food. We were not told till 9:30 at night after trying to call restaurants. Pool was not ope

The room was set up like a studio apartment with a half wall separating the sleeping area and the sitting room/office. It was well thought out and would have been great for a prolonged stay.

The microwave was a little too small to let a full size popcorn turn without getting stuck. This is the only thing I could not brag on and didn't affect my stay.

5 am is a really bad time to find the shower faucet is broke... not a single drop of water.

carpet was wet in our room for some reason maybe the ac? because the controls would not work on the ac you cannot adjust the temp or even turn it off and the room was cold and everything damp, also cereals and breads on the bkfest bar were stale

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The rooms had an odor when you first entered. You would soon go nose blind, but it would come back when you first entered the room after having been in fresher air. They advertised a hot tub that wasn't much warmer than the pool and the jets didn't work

Had a huge spider and web over the doorway as soon as we went into the room. A bit pricey for this hotel.

We really enjoyed the updated clean rooms and the continental breakfast.

The only thing that could be improved on, is the cable reception in room 216 is fuzzy. Other than that, everything else was great.
