Bed was good, and staff was helpful and courteous.

Key cards are outdated and glitchy. Sore areas of hotel carpet and finishes are dated, damaged, but nothing terribly wrong.

The staffing was very helpful.

Dont list that you have a pool if the pool is closed and you dont know if your going to open it back up. You need a better variety for breakfast. Maybe biscuits and gravy or something.

Repairs were being made to the pool. Not sure if that had anything to do with the sewer smell on the 3rd floor.

Asked me if I wanted 1st or 3rd floor. Very friendly front end clerk. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Toilet seat was loose, but great shower water pressure more than compensated for that little problem.

The location of this hotel is extremely nice as it is close to family

The room we got had a door that had a gap that you could take photos though even when closed and locked. The jam was bent. We closed a hand towel in it. The pool was empty. The breakfast was barely a hot breakfast. Disappointed. Probably will not return.

Nothing besides the location

The staff was rude. Their pool is out of commission and they were not helpful

Pool was empty and non responsive or nonhelpful desk attendees. Breakfast was little to none, so not even continental status Breakfast save your money or go to a different hotel

It's location

Our TV in our room did not work. The employee could not get it to work and they could not move us to another room. We also had no hangers to hang our clothes.

Good price. Bed slept well. Clean sheets etc. nothing fancy but served it¿s purpose well. Would stay again.

The location was great and staff was very friendly only thing to improve in would be a little better furnishings in the room our room was in need of a couch or something since it had lots of open space

The room was ok, but lobby/hallway carpets were dirty. I booked here because said had a hot buffet breakfast, but they had to go bag instead (which wasn't very good oj or breakfast bar). I know covid, but Comfort Inn in TX had hot buffet by employee

Super friendly staff, and they worked with me about late checkout. My husband works oilfield and he was on nights so he wouldn't get up till 1pm and instead of making us pay for another night they worked with us!! By far the best hotel for the price...

No it was a wonderful 2 days

The lady who checked us in was super sweet and friendly. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Had the ability to early check in also so I could relax and get out of the cold rainy weather

Great place to stay. Easy on/off of I40. Desk staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. The breakfast was exceptioal - complete with biscuits, sausage gravy, eggs, bacon and sausage. There was also fruit, yogurt, cereal etc.

The staff wasnt friendly the hotel smells like rotten eggs pool wasnt heated it was supposed to be ice machine never had ice elevator had issues hotel needs some work the faucet was about to come loose it leaked by it when turned on

Privacy and staff was nice

It had an old smell, there was no jacuzzi as advertised, and it was swarming with bees outside my room.

Pillows we're like square bricks. Bath was in poor repair. Breakfast was tasteless and not fit to eat.

Someone stole my phone charger out of my room. Had to be a worker
