Door did not shut completely. Tub had gross rust/orange on tub bottom. was covered with a rubber mat. ??? if gets cleaned well between use of the room. $100 extra charge for 2 rooms-there was nothing to "buy" from the room. never going back there.

Location

This hotel really needs maintenance personnel. The faucet on the bathroom sink was held on with silicone rubber water went everywhere. We were on the 2nd floor and had to checkout by 6:30 am. The elevator was out and took three trips up & down to the car.

Friendly staff. Enough room in accessible room.

We booked a double room and got a king bed with a sofa bed. They were fully booked.

The kids loved the pool very clean and comfortable breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly and welcoming we loved our stay and will again

Safe area and close to Walmart and restaurants

Booked a 2 queen room, got there and it was only a king bed. The room did have a pull out bed for my son to sleep on but had to ask for sheets and blankets. Hotel parking was very poor for someone who was driving a moving truck with car dolly.

The bathtub was in horrible condition. Bottom of tub was spit and curled.

The room smelled awful. It hit me as soon as I stepped through the doorway. I can only assume that it is a pet-friendly room given the odor combination of wet dog and some type of commercial air freshener. Whatever the case my immune system was not a fan.

This hotel has some of aesthetics to fix; however, it was clean. Pool needed some cleaning when we arrived but they were cleaning it in the morning.

The room was great. We truly appreciate two places to sit in the room. Our room had a sofa, so we could watch TV together.

There was a dripping noise in the bathroom and the hallways were dirty. The room was clean and the front desk moved us to the upper floor due to dripping sound so it turned out fine. Didn't really eat the breakfast

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and offered a variety of choices. Will definitely stay here again!

Staff was nice.

Both rooms were too humid. It felt like we were sleeping in a cave. Also, the floor in the room, carpet and tile, were dirty. I had dirt on my feet when getting into the shower. The breakfast selection needs improved.

There was jackhammering and construction noise for two days in room just above mine. I could not use my room for business purposes, Staff was unsympathetic. I was told I needed to deal with it because I had bought my room on a cheap site

Ice machine did not work on my floor and it was 100 degrees outside. Air conditioner in room was poor. Hallways and lobby were hot and stuffy. Bad parking lot.

Needs better room maintenance. Bathroom ceiling plaster falling down. Corner of bathroom dirty. Toilet was not fastened to floor securely so it rocked. I informed staff of these issues when I checked out
