Hampton Inn & Suites Claremore

We liked the location of the hotel because it wasn't far from the event we were there for. Also the room had plenty of room, clean and free from damages.

The location of the TV wasn't good. We had to turn it to watch from the bed and only allow it to be at a diagonal. Breakfast - day of our check out - very little food available 1 hour before breakfast ended.

Serves free hot breakfast, clean rooms and courteous staff. Close to restaurants and stores for shopping within walking distance.

Reasonably priced, good location, ample parking

There was a wig & lipgloss under the desk. The sliding bathroom door stuck and had to be forced open. It also slid in front of the closet so you had to make sure no one was in the way when you yammed it open.

we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was fantastic

we thought there would be a hot tub /spa based on the description and pictures - there was not. looks like there was at one time, but concrete has been poured

The location was safe. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and absolutely beautiful!

No,everything was excellent!

Breakfast was fresh, close proximity to highway and place we were visiting.

Bring your own soap. Both my husband and I broke out in a rash and he usually doesn't react to most things.

Good location, fairly new, clean.

Almost all of the equipment in the fitness room was not working. The pool was down also but we weren¿t planning on using it anyway.

The girl cooking breakfast was great happy and it seemed like she loved her job.

that they put money on my card and it is not off yet because I spent nothing

Location.

Housekeeping did not clean the room after the first night (this was a two-night stay). I even talked to Housekeeping BEFORE I LEFT FOR THE DAY. AND, GAVE them a $3 TIP as an ADVANCE THANK YOU !!!! I returned to my room at 4pm to a dirty room!

Clean. Decent breakfast.

Hot tub wasn't working. Didn't get what I paid for.

Very clean hotel.

Hotel clerk put me in a single when I payed for a double and wouldn't change it. That is unacceptable.

The comfy bed and staff members

The cold breakfast meals

Clean, very roomy, had phone charging/USB ports on bedside table & lamp. Very comfortable couch & chair, bed was ok but not quite as soft as I like.

It’s by a train track that goes by often. Due to the Covid-19 the breakfast was very lacking (no meat, eggs, or yogurt. All breads & a couple apples/bananas-too ripe for my family). Also, pool/spa was closed.

The value for the quality of the accommodations.

Breakfast options weren't too varied (I have gluten intolerance) but I managed to find something I could have

Excellent pricing. Conveniently located near ministry location.

The room was very clean, however there was debris in the hallway of the hotel. Also, the employee checking me in forgot to input my credit card information into the computer. I had to take it down the following day.

Good location

More like a homeless shelter. Dirty, smelly. Run from this one.

King Suite was nice, just the right amount of room.

Apparently the hotel is close to railroad tracks. We were woke up 3 different times in the night due to train whistles & the rumble. I was told by the hotel staff that Claremore is working to become a quiet community.

Room and cleanliness

Breakfast was ice cold. Cold eggs ...if they were eggs, and potatoes.

This Hampton Inn is new, so it's beautifully decorated, immaculate, staffed by smiling, helpful females, and overall a great place to stay! We chose this one because of our great experience in Waco. We'll definitely choose Hampton Inn again!

Not a single thing!

Very nice property inside and out. Train noise on the back side but didn't bother me.

Pool could have been a little warmer by 5 degrees.
