Room smelled musty, furniture was all chipped, kind of grimy trying to be clean

very respectful and friendly

the breafest could be be much better , selections was very few quantity of selections could be imporoved

Location to my scheduled event. The staff was very nice.

Hotel changed names after I booked the room and I was not notified making it difficult to find. They missed half of my requested wake up calls.

The front desk clerk was absolutely delightful. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent experience.

Breakfast was a little off.

The house keeper banging on the doors asking if people were staying or going I work nights and he woke me up even with the do not disturb sign out. The room needed dusted

The elevator was not working right the evening we came in, but it was fixed after a little while the next morning. Room seemed clean, but had a different odor to it.

The hotel had a great bed and great pillows. The layout of the room with a couch was nice, although I never used it. The Desk was nice. The Hotel was nicely very quiet. The shower worked well and easily. Great temperature control in the room.

The TV channel selection wasn't the greatest. The Desk was okay but too high for the chair that was supplied with the desk. They needed a stool for the desk or a shorter desk for the chair.

Hotel employee from the front desk was wonderful in helping with my late check in. Selection of breakfast was pretty good.

The elevator is kinda slow but that's not thier fault

This is our second time staying here!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is very clean!! The lobby was very nice, the furniture was nice and comfortable too!The breakfast has a very good choice ! Very happy and we would stay again !!

This would not stop me from staying but there was a desk/table with a chair and I would have liked a table with two chairs!!

The hotel is easily accessible from I40 and also Route 66. Offers a great hot breakfast in the morning and is located next to a great Irish Pub.

The swimming pool was warm

In the 12 hours we were in the hotel, cops were there twice. Once was a disruption at the front desk - guy wondered in and was on the computer. The second about 130 am people were in the parking lot below our room, with a GUN fighting!

Staff was friendly!

The pillows were uncomfortable and hard. Bathroom wasn't cleaned very well (you can tell that it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time).

It was in Claremore

Management was terrible! When an unforeseen change in having surgery occurred, they refused to refund or switch my dates. Instead, they were rude and greedy. They were more concerned about their bottom line than the customer¿s.

The air conditioning in my room did not work. In the middle of the night the AC started making a loud noise and I had to turn it off just to be able to sleep. I was sleeping in a hot room all night. Very frustrating. Shower curtain had mold on it.

There was no hot breakfast as shown online. Some juice and coffee with muffins.

Cleanliness, affordable, nice staff.
