Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Broken Bow

Tv didn't work, internet was poor, breakfast was very limited, no coffee, no water.

Not a good hotel. The room was OK. Room is not comfortable

Breakfast is very bad. Nothing other than bread and muffins.. The waffle mix and fruits are over.. they are not ready to refill

Sheets were dirty and had stains. The bathrooms were dirty. We asked to move to a different room and it was dirty as well.

The courtesy toiletries were terrible. Bed was hard. Bath tub had no drain. The lady who checked me was very unprofessional.

The price.

The pool was seasonal and although the weather was nice, it was closed. One of the reasons I selected the motel was so we could enjoy the pool

Being clean and quite. The beds in our room was very comfortable.

Convenient location. Contintental breakfast decent.

Showerhead at level of my head...and I'm not too tall. No outlets to plug into my laptop at the "desk." I had to unplug appliances to make this work.

This hotel definitely lives up to it's name. The room we were in was definitely microsized. The TV didn't work. The bathroom counter was falling off the wall. Barely any roo. To move at all. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff wasn¿t rude to us- that¿s literally the only nice thing I can say about this hotel. If not for the long drive time home, we would¿ve left immediately. This room was completely disgusting.

The room had an extremely comfortable beds!

For the price I paid I just expected a cleaner hotel, and maybe just cleaner appliances. The toilet shook every time I flushed. The cable being out was fine because the town just survived a Tornado.

We slept on top of the beds with outerwear on then showered immediately when we woke up. We found alternate accommodations for the next night.

The location of this hotel is the nicest thing I could say about it. Being right off the main highway through town, it made it very easy to find and offered a quick exit when we left.

We checked out within a couple hours of checking in.The hotel was NOTHING like the photos,though it may have been in it's prime.Food was found in a drawer and there were BED BUGS in the room.I am certain their standards were low even preCov19. NIGHTMARE.

Location, close to Beavers Bend. It was quiet.

Bathrooms were not exactly clean and the toilet seat should have been replaced years ago. I took pictures it was so bad. Lady/owner not nice. She kept saying we didn't pay when it was paid in June, she locked us out of room,tried to charge again, rude!

The room was very small. The room had water damaged and reeked of mildew. The bedding had stains on the blankets and dirt/ fuzz along the base boards.

Overall not clean, no elevator and broken fixtures in the room.

It was close to the town and right across from the casino

The staff wasnt very friendly, only the lady that checked us in actually spoke to us.

The smell was awful!! The latch to the outside door was supposed to be card locked, but it wasn't so anyone could walk in. No elevator for second floor guests. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the inside was very dated and dingy.

The hotel was very dirty and the staff was very rude. Will NEVER stay there again. I felt dirty just looking at the bed and took a shower with a towel in the bottom of the shower.
