The manager's treatment of my co-worker was unexcusable. His degrading verbiage to co-worker was unexpected and has no place in todays multicultural society. His staff was indecisive and told us one thing only to be overturned by the "manager"

Friendly staff

Basic breakfast, would be nice to have fruit. Pool was dirty, had to clean it myself before swimming

Location and previous stays

No hot water at all in the shower. After a late arrival we just wanted to shower and go to bed.

Nothing room was dirty mattress was stained with trash under bed

Cleanliness was very poor

Room was clean and check in easy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Outside facility no needs attention very worn and dirty. Breakfast substandard very limited.

Best motel bed we've had in a very long time! Place was clean and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Handicapped parking space could be better designated. People not needing it kept parking there and my husband had to limp from further spots to get to our room

We had a little trouble with the TV and the manager came right away and fixed it! The room was nice and clean!!!

It was nextdoor to the casino

Soon as I opened the door there were dead bugs all over the room floor. Bugs directly outside the door due to the light directly next to the door.

Close to the highway. Location was fine.

The breakfast was lack luster. And the made came knocking at 9 that check out is at 11. Then came in and started taking the sheets. We were already getting ready to leave but that was a bit extra. Very rushed.

I liked the young lady theater worked the front desk. She is a great asset to this company. She deserves a raise for her hard work and dedication.

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is the check in time and the check out time. You have to check in at 3pm and some of the rooms wasn't even touched yet. Then you have to check out by 11am. For the amount spent check out should 1pm.

The staff was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom smelled of urine and there we no facial tissues in the room. The ice machine was not working and there wasn't any available at the front desk. The biggest issue was the noise! We were pool side and were unable to sleep until late.

Guy in the office was super friendly and helpful.

It is clearly being renovated which is great, the bug on my pillow inches from my face was super not cool though. But again, it¿s being fixed up.

Booked room because it stated it had a washer in room. None of their rooms have washers. Room had soap scum around the tub, and black hairs on bed sheets. Floors had not been swept .

I was grateful they refunded at least one night of the two night reservation.

The room was filled with flies! Dead ones littered the floor and the room was buzzing with live ones. It was damp, musty and we refused to stay there. Due to the dampness and mold we sought another hotel.

The location, access to the rooms, and the air-conditioning worked great. Staff was amazing, and very helpful, when needed.

Beds were Hard, and uncomfortable

The staff was polite and tried to make things right.

it was not as clean as I would've hoped, we got woke up during the night by the AC running loud, our neighbors dogs barking, and then at 830 by power tools above us. Needless to say, no sleep.

Nothing. I would never stay there again. We left after the first night & stayed at the microtel across the street which was not a 5star place, but it was a million times better than rodeway inn

Everything was bad about it, it smelled like a dead rat outside our room

Not clean. Dirty floor; broken lamp; no alarm; possible roach droppings on a pillow; dingy linens; scuffed door into bath. Advertised renovation consisted of new paint, new floor. Needed more. The attendant in the office was in his bare feet.No tea bag

Front desk people were very nice. They moved us from the bottom floor to top floor because we didn't feel safe. They also gave us a free tooth brush because I forgot mine. The breakfast waffles were very good.

It was very dirty. Bathroom was dirty - we didn't even take showers because the bathtub looked so dirty. It was also a outdoor entrance hotel, so we did not feel safe. Bottom of the bathroom door was chipped/torn; fingerprints on the door.

This hotel was falling apart. It had Folger coffee containers holding the condensation. A makeshift beam was holding part of the second floor ceiling/roof (Room 202), and the towels were stained and not even enough in quantity (not that I wanted to...).
