My shower head was completely clogged and when I asked for them to replace it, they did it right away! Highly impressed! I loved their Christmas decor! It felt very homey there!

Not the room reserved and paid for. Smaller bed caused back and leg pain. Dead crickets all over the room and in everything. Live roaches crawling on bed. Long hairs in shower. Staff unwilling to resolve anything. Took pictures and showed them.
