- Bed bugs. The manager was defensive / argumentative, didn't acknowledge or believe that there were bed bugs and refused to help. Unfortunately, the customer care was poor and I will avoid this hotel in the future.
- I got eaten up by BED BUGS
- Attempted to charge additional fees and there was no refund option
