- The first room #327 was infested with stink bugs all over the place and under the bedding. So that tells you the cleaning staff knew there was these bugs in there and didn¿t address the bug infestation. I called front desk and ask for another room bugs

- Hampton pet fee is outrageous at ($75) then $85.69 ALL taxes added. Told that that is the law in the state of Ohio, I said you are the only one that does this, none of the hotels around you does and then she said oh it is a rule of Hilton/Hampton.

I encountered pleasant, mannerly staff.

The room had an odor. Smelled like dirty carpet.

No breakfast. No pool in service.
Staff was never at front desk when needed. Always seemed to be outside smoking. A/C in room kept giving problems. Construction at the hotel was a total headache and there was no discount on room prices for the noise and trouble. Limited parking.
The room was clean, bed comfortable,good selection of breakfast items and the staff friendly and efficient. Overall, a very good stay.

The price charged was much higher than the hotel room deserves. Hotel had renovations going on and it wasn?t pleasant experience. I definitely feel the cost was lot higher than it should be.
