The location

Barely any water in shower. Toilet wasnt fastened to floor. Political signs in windows.

The location to the freeway

The staff were young inexperienced and rude the room had souped sheets and pillow cases we had to ask to be moved and it was just as bad just didn't smell as bad

The lady at check in was very nice

Room was very dirty. Felt unsafe in the location.

Bed bug, no refrigerator or microwave

When we got there, the hotel was clean staff was kind

In the end hotel staff was very nosy accusing of entering other rooms very insistent on extra charges. I probably won't be back.

Too chip mattress.sink hade funki smell.room not clean.not kind

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. It was just a bare Bones room, but it served its purpose well and at a great price I must add

The desk employee was very friendly

The room was dirty,the faucet on the bathtub was falling off the wall, I was kept awake all night by police sirens in the area, the was a lingering smell throughout the room.

Location is excellent, front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Hot water didn¿t last very long but it did get very hot.

It's run down. It so need remodeled. But it was quiet. Bed was hard. No ice machine. Price was too high for condition of hotel.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast wasn't much to write home about, just a mini waffle maker and coffee,no juice, milk or bread etc.

Bathroom was tiny but usable. Breakfast could have had a better selection than just waffles

Nice price, modern clean room, helpful staff, 'no breakfast due to covid', would stay again

Many things I didn't like,the location, very dirty, hair in the shower and drain very discussing, hair under the beds, hot water knob in shower falls off when in shower, just a real nasty place to stay, definitely would not recommend this place.

When I got in the room I check the whole room over. Some of it was unclean. The housekeepers need to make sure they clean the hair out of the shower. Make sure to clean the floors a little better next time.

i was save from the weather , and the shower head was great

dust , i went to turn on the water the hot water handle almost hit my foot when it feel off. call office they seam not to care . and i wasn,t happy they wanted me to give them 150.00 for sec, in case we broke any thing STAY OUT ROOM 229

It was dirty, there was a centipede in the bathtub and we didn¿t feel safe.

Room was horrible location was horrible bugs on the floor I guess you need room for an hour or 2 will be OK. The drug dealer for cross the street might not like it. Will be calling the health department when we get home. Needs to be towrn down
