Holiday Inn Express & Suites Zanesville North by IHG

The bathroom sink was stopped up and didn't drain well. Also, the water faucet for the shower was broken and somewhat difficult to adjust. The stopper for the bathtub drain was also broken and protruding out.

The room was very clean. They gave us plenty of towels and wash cloths. The breakfast was very good. They had a lot of food and it tasted great.

The only thing we didnt like was that the pool area was a little dirty. The tables werent very clean and someone had lost part of their fake hair in the pool.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was lovely. So welcoming and helpful.

I had requested a double, but the hotel doesn't have many. The room had a King and a pullout sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn't bad for a night.

Dirty, run down, dark. Advertising as a suite with dishes that turned out to be paper plates (flimsy) screens had lots of holes & lose hanging portions. Certainly not worth $--- a night!

I don¿t believe the hotel is clean all, my kids and I were sneezing at the hotel when we had nothing before. I am actually still feeling under the weather and I wonder if there¿s something wrong with the ventilation.

It was clean and the breakfast was hot and delicious.

One of the treadmills was broken in the fitness room.

The most unprofessional staff I've ever experienced. Several smoking right outside the front entrance at check in, a manager (5 inch heels) being extremely loud, making a fool out of herself. Every trip in or out we'd have to deal with the horrid smoke!!!

There were no pictures of the rooms so i had nonidea what i was getting. Got the king suite with 3 kids, NEVER AGAIN!!!

The hotel was clean and easy to get to. Hotel employee at the front desk was always smiling, helpful, and professional. The breakfast selection was very good. The pool was clean and temperature just right after a long day.

I was thankful for the to-go breakfast they offered since they could not do their usual warm breakfast.

Clean, comfy and updated hotel. Beds and pillows were great! Swimming pool very clean and very spacious. Breakfast in the morning was really good. The toiletries in the room were awesome!

The front desk staff member was very cold and unfriendly. Rather rude. Pool was ice cold!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Free breakfast , internet, and parking.

The continental breakfast is wonderful! Best breakfast anywhere! Rooms are very clean and staff was friendly.
