- pet charge of $25/pet/day
- Hotels couldn't find my reservation, had to pay for the room when I got there then after I paid they found the reservation. I got a non smoking room, smelled like an ashtray when I walked into it. Floor was stickey and dirt all over. Beds were filthy
- Room had a strong cigarette smoke smell coming from the neighboring room through the bathroom vent.
