- Location cleanliness
- This hotel was so well managed and maintained. Our room was super clean and the layout is so convenient. We come often for horse shows at the World Equestrian Center, and it is so nice to be able to make a simple meal or eat take out using real dishes.
- Very accommodating staff, very nice room with lots of room and amenities.

- The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing, dirty fingerprints on every service, dust on everything, stains on comforter, dishwasher full of dishes and we were supplied with 2 towels for a 2 night stay
