- Refrigerator broken and no housekeeping in my room for 10 days
- There was blood on my pillows
- Booked a poolside room. Piol had no water in it and was closed. They offered to do NOTHING for our inconvenience. The pads that held the mattresses were stained beyond belief. The lights in the room didn't even make the room light. Dreadful experience.
