Staff, cleanliness and location

They had live music going on and music was piped in to the front outdoor speaker, it was so loud we could hear it all the way up to the fourth floor, where our room was.

The bed was really comfortable

The containers for the conditioner and body washer were empty. I got my room cleaned and they never filled them when they came to my room. Also on the morning of my check out which was 11am, housekeeping knocked and attempted to opened my door at 8am.

Bed Mattress was like sleeping on the floor. . Terrible idea also the main entrance didn?t work and the staff wasn?t even polite enough to help by holding the door as they watched us with our luggage. Terrible customer service.

Location is in a safe & convenient area.

Staff needs to be more aware & attentive (our room service order was forgotten & never entered) & room phone didn¿t work. Pool shower had algae around the bottom tiles & floor, needs cleaned better. Overall was nice hotel.

The hotel was great! The room was spacious, the bed so so comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing!

Very nice hotel with room service operating. The decor is more casual than I'm used to seeing at a Renaissance, but still very nice.

Hotel is nice looking , modern and clean . Beautiful lake behind it with a waking trail. Would recommend. Would stay again .

Staff and the facility itself were outstanding. We enjoyed the walkway in the back of the property around a small lake with fountains, very relaxing.

The food quality of the meal. No I initially ordered the chicken wings honey garlic but the waitress asked if I wanted boneless wings. I said sure. All downhill from there, tasteless thick breaded supermarket frozen boneless wings liIke you get @Disney.

Hotel employee was working last Friday at 4 at the front desk! Hotel employee at the front desk was amazing! Best customer service ever!!!

Hotel employee was very professional and hospitable. The room was clean, maintenance assisted, restaurant /bar onsite, laundry, pool, outdoor relaxation area, and more. I would definitely book again and recommend this location.

The bathroom in 529 ventilation system was not working. So, you could imagine using the bathroom and smelling waste thought out the room. So, hopefully that could be fixed.

Beds were great, nice size TV. U-tube capability. Excellent shape, looked brand new.
