Clean and friendly staff

When we checked in they said they didn?t have a room available after we paid online earlier. They said our room reservation didn?t connect with a room. The employee was super nice and got it all figured out.

Location and price

The shower head is very high.

The mattress was very comfortable. The room was very clean, staff was very nice.

This 2nd time staying at this hotel. The gentleman at the front office remembered myself and my little girl. The breakfast staff was amazing.

The location was awesome

My room was pre-paid and yet I was charged for the room again. I spoke with the manager to reverse the charges and they have yet to do so.

The lady at the front desk was rude. I booked a king room but when I arrived at the hotel they gave me a queen room I explain to the lady at the desk that I booked a king she told me that they did not have any kings available I booked in advance 4 nights

I was so impressed that I wanted to book a second time a couple months later, but the price was more than double what I paid the first time.

Some members of staff are not receptive to constructive feedback and gossip amongst themselves about guests . Bloody, wet tissue was in the hallway. There was spatter inside of the toilet bowl.

We had dogs and were put on the 3rd floor. I would liked to have been on 1st floor.

Some object w/hair coming out of it on towel, dirty facial cleaning packet, dirty/funky shower curtain, hairs, and other dirty things.

Pool and hot tub were not in service even though I asked ahead of time

Very friendly staff. Pool was out of order. Hot tub out of order. Very clean and great location for where I needed to me. Quiet and no odors in hallways.

The beds are comfortable. Ability to stream. Laundry onsite is free.

Caleb gave me the run around and had both my child and I running around the hotel trying to find a clean room. He also lied: I came across a filthy tub and shower. Andrea tried to make things right.
