I absolutely loved the girl working the night shift at the front desk. She went above an beyond for my family.

I was in room 107 It's right next to the lobby and you can hear everything in the lobby. There were people partying in the lobby until midnight and we had to be up at 6am. I essentially paid $---- for hotel I couldn't sleep in.
