- Only one elevator works and has been like this for over a year. I stay here because it is close to my family. I was put on the 6th floor and the elevator only went up to the 5th floor. I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs and I am in my 60s
- Elevators out of order - all but one, but WOW, all but one at the same time out of order?
