- The front desk staff was professional upon check-in. The breakfast area was clean and ready at 6:00a on a Saturday and the breakfast attendant was great and helpful.
- The convenience and the friendly staff.

Cons -
- Nothing negative.
- The room needed a little refreshing
- I wish they would have acknowledged my Hilton Honors status. There are no bottled water dispensers in the entire hotel. I like bottled water. You need to wait in line with people checking in to get water, or to buy anything from their store.

There was no drama, only professionalism from check-in to checkout. The staff was also welcoming. I found this differential from other hotel experiences. I also like the warm breakfast with eggs and sausage. The coffee brewed was fresh.
