They should not be allowed to take reservations when they have been shut down. No customer service.

The people next to me blasted music at 345 in the morning on Saturday and were very noisy and I couldn't sleep. I didn't even stay another night bc of it

It smelled really bad, the staff was no help with TV or anything that was broken. Ice machine is broken breakfast had bread, and packages of oat meal. That¿s it! There was a dangerous hole in the floor someone could trip in. In the lobby. Toliet didn¿

The staff were friendly when we arrived. The location was close to where we needed to be.

The hotel was filthy. The bathrooms were moldy, microwave was broken, there was dirt on the floor and a hole in the wall. It was truly disgusting. The breakfast was just yogurt and we were uncomfortable trying to eat anything given the state of the hotel.

Price, location, ease of parking.

The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. Card keys fail constantly, showers don't drain, exhaust fans don't work, tile floors cracked and busted. Looks as nobody cares, the breakfast was the same, no care. Recommend going down the street to Holiday inn.

The staff was friendly.

Only one elevator worked and it was rickety. The bedside lamps only worked when the foyer light was on including the outlet to charge my phone. The floor was mushy between the bed and the TV and in the bathroom. The hotel was very dirty overall.

Didn¿t seem clean, especially carpet and bathroom. Shower took forever to get warm.

Price, safety and room were key reasons. Received a huge suite that would have cost $40 more per night at other nearby hotels.

Bring your own pillows and cleaning supplies. Ask to borrow the vacuum. Aside from clean bed and towels, nothing else had been cleaned. The.cheaper price comes from nobody cleaning. At least you don¿t have to tip housekeeping.

Staff were pleasant. Location was convenient.

Broken light fixtures in room. Dirty towels in closet. Extremely bright spotlight shone in the window at night. Noisy occupants in the next room.

Our room was filfty. Dirty unvacuumed carpet. Plastic covering over the mattress. Old thin sheets which did not stay on the corners. Unmatched stained pillows. Half inch of dust on top of headboard. Bathtub had old stained and moldy calk.

Pool and game room were both closed. Breakfast ended early and not much of a selection.

This hotel is gross. Very dirty. Every aspect. Cobwebs in the room. Stains on sheets, hair on pillows. Out dated beds.remotes for television didn't work. Breakfast was a joke, I dont even know what that was. Then they harassed us to be out by 11. Terrible

The rooms were large and clean, although the carpeting was stained. The free breakfast was nice: make-your-own waffles, bagels, juices, scrambled eggs & sausages, etc. It was a decent outdated hotel. Worth staying at if you aren¿t bothered by small thing

Most of the exercise room equipment was pathetic and broken. The pool didn¿t have any water. The stained old carpeting throughout the hotel ought to be removed/replaced. One employee was loudly complaining about issues to other employees.

Staff and quietness

Pool/Sauna not operating. Office chair in room has all of the faux leather has been wore off.

Price was reasonable

First room had a broken A/C unit & was very warm. Second room had old & stained sheets. New sheets we requested were for a queen in lieu of king. Pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. No TV remote. Bathroom wallpaper, paint, tile all needed repai
