Friendly staff - nice clean and quiet room

needs a light near the coffee machine in the room needs another grab bar near the entrance of the shower

Room is falling apart. Staff was rude, they never cleaned our room in the 3 days we were there. Then they complained when we asked for fresh towels. Breakfast staff would close early, “they said they needed to eat too”. Not many breakfast options.

The room was awesome (obviously recently done).

Disappointed in breakfast after all the rave reviews. Few protein only options. The cost of 20 more dollars for a hearing impaired room. Disabled needs are enough without paying extra for a comparable room.

Absolutely unacceptable health conditions. Woke up early with nasal congestion, itchy eyes, runny noses, and wheezing. Went into bathroom and found black mold colonies on ceiling in multiple locations. Quickly packed up and left but still had symptoms.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Springboro was a very nice suburb area- we would definitely stay here again.

It was near where I needed to get to. That's it.

250 dollars for a room on the ground floor that had bugs that bit up my hand while I was sleeping. Not a single amenity present in the room. Might as well have been a motel. I've always spoken highly of Hamptons but this visit has caused me to rethink.

Friendly customer service. VERY clean, great location . We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!!

too much road noise had a hard time sleeping on checkout told there was no road noise on other side of the hotel felt snookered

The staff was very friendly

When I booked 4 rooms, I expected them to be close to each other. The staff did their best to get 2 rooms on 2 floors. However, they were on opposites of the building. Not sure how to remedy this in the future.

Toilet was not clean

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Easy check out. Free breakfast. Great toiletries. Clean microwave, mini fridge and coffee machine. There was iron and ironing board ,Big tv, air conditioning, alarm clock and a bible in the room.

The room was dusty. Had a hard time falling asleep bc of an allergy attack in the middle of the night.

Nobody at desk for check in. I called and no answer - waiting for over 10 min. No breakfast either. Note said due to covid there would be bags available. Nobody at the front desk and no bags.

Was glad the hotel was open during limited access due to COVID-19 restrictions. Hotel employee was very helpful after we arrived letting us know how precautions were handled.

My room was Very close to I-75 freeway. It was VERY noisy at night with all the trucks going by just outside my window. Very difficult to sleep.

Rude night clerk acted like she was going to deny us our hotel room. We arrived late, exhausted from having car issues while on our trip. I had to demand I was given the room I pre paid for, she wanted us to leave! Thin walls, OLD dingy room. VERY LOUD
