LOCATION

SMELL, CLEANLINESS, VERY OUTDATED

New owners. They said a lot new coming even the pool will reopen. This is one of the first hotels in Sidney and was always a five star till the previous owners hopefully it will once again be the 5 star again

Not much of anything, really

The manager was rude and argumentative. The whole place had a funky odor, even the lobby restrooms were out of order. When I got there I genuinely thought the whole hotel was closed down.

Checking out

We asked for a stopper for the tub and when the OWNER delivered it to our room he said ?we sanitize the shower, but I wouldn?t put the kids in the tub, it is a hotel room.? The A/C didn?t cool the room below 76 degrees. Never vacuumed in 10 days!

THE HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

AC wasn't turned on in the room since they only turn on the units in the rooms that are reserved my room wasn't a dog room and I had my dog with me so the room was hot it was 90 something degrees outside and the room never cooled off. The hadn't been upd

The house keeper left a makeup cleaner just because she saw my makeup in the bathroom.

The main staff were rude. The safety doors on the outside were not locked like they said they would be.

Rooms were clean and air conditioning worked well

Our door didn’t lock, and the hallways were really hot and humid feeling compared to outside.

The room was clean and well maintained. The cleaning lady was excellent and trustworthy._

Breakfast was horrible, not sure how long some of the food had been sitting for.

REALLY NICE STAFF! LOCATION MET MY NEEDS.

JUST WISH HOTELS WOULD CHANGE THE LINENS ON A DAILY BASIS BUT THOSE ARE FAR AND FEW BETWEEN THESE DAYS. TOWELS AND CLOTHS NEED TO BE REPLACED, ON THE ROUGH SIDE PLUS A COUPLE MORE WASH CLOTHS ISSUED, LIKE ONE FOR MY FACE, ONE FOR THE BODY.

Quiet and relaxing night

Sink backs up in my room, could only get double beds room ..said was booked full but only about 4-5 cars in parking lot

The hallways and lobbys were freezing cold i couldnt even sit in dining area for breakfast...could see my breath and the breakfast didnt have much to it

They should not call what they serve breakfast. No variety and very poor presentation.

It was run down. Dirty! Sink stopped up! I would NOT recommend!

I showed up at 5:30pm and had to wait a half hour in my car to checknin because room wasn't ready. After I was told it was ready, I went in to no toilet paper, stained sheets, 1 towel (we had 3 adults on reservation). I paid over $--- for a $---- room.

I was over charged as your site literally says lowest rate. Not. A man just walked in and paid --.00. I was charged ---.00 per night!

Rooms were filthy at check in. Never cleaned. I had to wait 25 minutes to get clean towels. Free breakfast was disappointing as there was no coffee and none in room since my room wasn't cleaned. Sheets were filthy. I work in the media and dissatisfied

Price was great and room was clean

The highway noise

Fairly clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Located next to a Bob Evans Restaurant with local shopping and other eating establishments nearby. Good lighting, refrigerator, microwave, comfortable bed, good water pressure, good air system, furniture

air system noisy. repairs needed in the bathroom and in the hallways.

I had schedule my stay for 2 weeks ago and stayed at that time. Some how I ended up with a stay 100 miles from home that I did not want and could not get refunded.

The rooms were large and the staff was very friendly.

The free breakfast was only 2 types of cereal, milk and white toast. On the second day there was no milk either.

The place was rundown terribly,there were cobwebs on the walls the pool looked like a swap the grass,what little of it there was looked like it hadn't been mowed all season terrible,would not recommend
