After traveling 8 hours just wanted to get to the room lay down watch tv and relax. Couldn?t get the tv to work even with the assistance of front desk guy. Had to change rooms.this is an issue with all the rooms??? The first room was smelled. Dead room?

The Staff was lovely and helpful.

I was put into a room that had an adjoining door to the room next to me and I was by myself!!! The door was so thin that I was up for 2 hours with a screaming baby... the hotel had barely anyone there, so there was no real reason to have put me in it!

Location was very convenient.

The website said the hotel had a pool and hot tub, which was why we booked it. There is no hot tub & the pool was broken. The room was okay, but the bed itself was awful. There was a washcloth stuffed under the sheets, bed was noisy & very uncomfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. They had a good variety of food for breakfast.

The hotel did not meet Hampton Inn standards that we have had in the past. The hotel was out of date. It looked like there had been no updates to the entire place since it opened. The indoor pool was also under maintenance during our stay.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom. To much noise from the trucks going to the truck stop across the street sometimes.

Cleanliness, I moved the phone on the night stand and there were 2 sticky drink stains.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, right off the highway and great breakfast as well as very friendly!

Easy check in. We added a guest with no hassle.

Extra heavy comforters on the beds were not comfortable. Looked nice but were heavy - weight wise. Without this cover I was cold, with it, I felt weighted down.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable, the hotel was laid out well, nice pool and common areas.

The breakfast area was a little too small

I asked for a pool and the pool is closed...
