Way over priced for the area!! Breakfast was minimal and kept running out of food. Lady was kind but kept apologizing when clearly management did not advise the staff that the Hotel was booked up. Very disappointing for a Marriott Hotel

The rooms are awesome! They are pretty clean but not perfectly clean.

We checked out, but ended up having to stay a second night. The second room was facing the highway and it was extremely loud. It was very hard to sleep, and if I ever stayed here again, I would make sure to have a room on the other side of the hotel.

Clean, well lit, spacious, great breakfast.

The size of the rooms the fact that you could cook in your room fridge range above dishwasher garbage disposal all you need in the one room was awesome my daughter and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here and actually can¿t wait to stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious!

We had to clean the tile floor in are room when we got there was dirty! And we had a problem with the toilet flashing, my husband had to get a plunger, to unclog the toilet from last person who stayed there. And the kids across the hall kept on disturbing are dog! Everytimethey walked by, scratching or bumping the door to make him bark. We had a car issue, I had checked with front desk to make sure it would be okay if we left the dog why we got our car service and they said it's absolutely OK. We were gone a little longer than expected. When we got back, we were locked out of our room. Went to the front desk and they said we have to pay a $20 service fee for the dog which wasn't even mentioned when we checked in, and they said it was a mistake from the lady who checked us in. I even asked her at the front desk. When we checked in. Are you sure there's not a fee for the dog? And she said no. Because I have a service dog. We Were already there, Thursday and Friday evening. Then they told us Saturday, we had. To pay the $20 or we can't get into our room. That was horrible That manger lady on Saturday, was very rude, yelling at me about my server dog staying there!

TownPlace Suites in Sydney Ohio was an ideal facility for my needs. It was very clean, the staff was outstanding, the bed comfortable and the rooms soundproof. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Very clean, well appointed, easy access from Interstate. Full sized refrigerator, comfortable bed, nice seating area.

The tv was set to be watched in bed and didn’t swivel to be viewed in the seating area. It is mounted on the wall.

Breakfast was good with multiple choices.

No one in the area delivers to the hotel, not their fault though.

wonderful amenities, very clean and comfortable

the use of the outdoor patio area and the fire pit area but a group of loud and obnoxious people. I was on the second floor in a direct line with this area . I first called the front desk at 10pm and asked if they could request them to be quieter. I called again at 11pm and asked if they could turn off and secure the outdoor propane fire pit. once the fire pit was off the outdoor gathering broke up around 11:15p. I had a long day and was planning an early morning check out . Figured I lost over two hours of valuable sleep.

property was in a great location with a grocery store and several good restaurants just minutes away. hotel was very clean and room was nice with a big shower.

I just wish they had a hot tub by the pool or outside and the pool room was warm but the pool was cold

Breakfast had many choices. Staff very friendly,greeted with a smile. Room was clean,tidy and well organized.
