The waffle maker

The green mold, the black mold, the weird chewed up door, the stains on the carpet and mattress, the smell in our room (old sneakers + wet dog).

The water was turned off for several hours, I?m pretty sure that?s a health code violation, the room was dirty, the window unit either kept the room too warm or too cold, there was no in between, the room only had half the lightbulbs that it should

Rust on the door frames, the bathroom light was hanging ajar from the ceiling, the outlet by the sink was partially out from the wall, and the sheets were rugged.

Close to Great Serpent Mound. Not many options for hotels near there. Front desk clerk when we checked in was friendly.

Their food at breakfast had ants crawling all over it. The front desk clerk was sleeping on the sofa in the lobby when I came out in the morning. The door to my room didn't lock and a stranger came in unannounced. The lamp shade next to the bed was broken

Staff is welcoming and accommodating.

As always when I stay at this hotel the back parking lot and the area at the back door are always trashed. I realize a lot of the people who use this area don¿t clean up after themselves. I walk my dog here and worry about him stepping on broken glass.

How comfy the bed and pillows are

How they were supposed to be serving Breakfast until 9am and at 8am there was only enough to make my kids waffles.

Decent water pressure in the shower. Price was ok. Accommodated our needs for first floor rooms. Beds were very comfortable.

The rooms smelled strongly of a perfume deodorizer or sanitizer which was awful. The air conditioner and bathroom fan were very loud. The shower drain was slow, so had to stand in water during shower.

The breakfast was great! The bed was comfortable and the pillows were super soft!

It¿s directly across from a smelly factory but at least you can¿t smell anything bad on the inside of the hotel.

The free breakfast was ok

Had to reprogram the key cards about 10 times, Would work once then not again. A lot of dead bugs in dining room light fixtures. Green stains on bedding. Pool had a funk, did not swim. Just a little dirty all around. Black mold in hallway ceiling.

It was quiet. The front desk staff was nice and kind.

It was an older hotel so it seemed kind of out of date. The toilet seat was old chipped and missing paint.

Cleanliness of room and morning breakfast

The phone did not work in my room. When the desk clerk tried six or seven time to call me, it did not ring in my room and my family got mad at me; because, the TV was too loud for them to sleep in the next room.

Breakfast was great. We found the quality of the food to be fantastic. However this was by far the best part of our experience.

Our room is on the second floor there was no elevator. No one offered to help us with our luggage. The floor beneath us creaked when we walked.

Price is high

Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke even though the rooms were non-smoking.

It¿s nice to have a hotel like this in such a rural area.

The toolet was not cleaned properly.

Very quiet,nice little place to stay.

Tv didn't work.

Location close to where we needed

Well, I booked the room on Thursday night. Before we arrived the following Monday, I booked a king-sized room. So my husband and I could have a larger bed to sleep. In, we ended up having to sleep in separate double beds. Because they didn't have my room ready.They didn't have it clean. I couldn't have it then. I went to go to the vending machine to get a soda and it was expired soda, hot soda you had no change in the building the bathroom leaked. There was no shampoo in the shower, not a good experience at all.

Nothing at all

No hot water for 2 days...was not offered anything complementary..was told they don't offer anything for the trouble to deal with it..they didn't clean rooms or change towels... extremely rude staff..breakfast was horrible..spiders in bathroom

Saturday's biscuits and gravy was unexpected but surprisingly good. Both Friday and Saturday really wanted a bagel but no cream cheese was available and was unable to find staff to assist

Comfy bed was a plus.
