The location was great and close to everything.

Cons -

There was dried blood on the sheets. The beds were disgusting and very old.
There was no phone, no clock, and not even a tv guide for channels. There was no fan in the bathroom and mold on the ceiling. The guests on either side were noisy and loud and played music outside their room until 3:30am each nite. It was the worst.
I requested a non smoking room and was placed in a smoking room.
